Ken had one simple dream...to share his love of cooking. He started with Sunday
dinners, creating dishes that celebrated the roots, traditions, and lessons learned from
family. But, he did not want to stop there. He went to his wife Daniele and told her he
wanted to open a restaurant. His wife was filled with joy and said, “Let’s Do It!”
They prayed to GOD for guidance and although they faced opposition, they kept
their faith and believed in GOD, never allowing anything to distract them from
Ken and Daniele decided to take their simple dream and open a restaurant that did
not pander to trends - a place filled with traditions, along with a combination of various
forms of cookery. They wanted a place to create not just food, but FOOD FUSION - dishes and flavor combinations to create unique tastes.
Ken and Daniele have a passion for food that not only celebrates the roots, traditions, and lessons from their parents and grandparents, but great food that everyone can enjoy and draw generations of families together. They are honored to serve the many people, businesses, and organizations and are excited to be on this journey with you.
